Some quick things before I go!

– I love my new skates. I didn’t realize that the rental ones were so crappy until I had real ones. Also, newly-sharpened skates are dangerous as far as the likelihood of falling-down. Luckily, I didn’t. The Depot is now playing the same xmas music my dad used to play on 8-track while we put up the tree as little kids: Perry Como and such. ROCK.

– My sugarfreevegan pumpkin pie was a hit, and nobody knew it had tofu in it. I think I’ll tell them today just to upset them.

– I LOVELOVELOVE my new tattoo. I’ll take a better nonphone photo of it when it’s healed, but here’s a preview. So happy with it.

I do not have enough superlatives for my feelings towards Jon at Uptown Tattoo. He had the sketch ready for me when I got there last night, and it was perfect. Also, he’s just amazing to talk to. We found out we grew up 10 miles apart in the suburbs of Chicago. And he’s trying to sell me his mom’s house, twelve blocks from my apartment. I’m going to go look at it next month. Whoa.

– PUFFIN CLASS!!!

– I really need to get my Budapest/Prague travel journal done before it’s, like, 2006.
