I’m thankful that these cookies turned out perfectly, because I’ll be making a ton more of them for the Aliveness Project in a couple of weeks! These are coming to South Dakota.

I’m thankful that it will be 80 degrees at midnight in San Juan. We’ll be there two weeks from Friday. I just remembered what moonlight is like when you’re in the middle of the ocean, too. I can’t wait.

I’m thankful that my Christmas shopping and projects are almost done! This is a Rudolph cap that’s just waiting for button eyes:

Mostly, though, I’m grateful for the far-more-important things: my amazing boyfriend, my ever-expanding group of awesome friends, my family, my good health, and my life in general. It’s all excellent, really.
Have a great Thanksgiving! See you upon our return from the west.
While I should be drooling over the cookies, I’m still drooling over the phone. Also, I dropped mine for like the 500th time and now the screen only works when it feels like it. Can you tell I’m making a case for a new phone?
having had that phone for a few weeks now, i’d try to convince you to get it!! i love it a lot. the battery wasn’t great at first, but it’s actually improved now that i’ve let it run down and recharge a few times. plus if you turn off wifi and gps it lasts for a long time.
the only downside so far is that it’s not android 2.0 and motorola hasn’t said yet whether they’ll make the upgrade available. i would assume so, but who knows?
