I’m gonna take some time off from playing Mob Wars with Missy to type this. She’s busy robbing a liquor store, anyway.
Matt covered the last couple of days quite awesomely* indeed (or, “in epic manner”). Getting out of the house was good for me in my sickness, even if I did feel worse in the morning (I contend I’d have felt worse regardless, so there’s that). Today my voice is only half-present, but I don’t feel quite as much like I’ve been run over by a zamboni. WIN.
And with that, you probably know what I have on my mind. HOCKEY. We’ll be at the Gophers game tonight, and paying rapt attention during Hockey Day Minnesota tomorrow. It’s the second-best hockey-related holiday of the year, and it bears celebrating. Hopefully my voice will be back by then.
