OK.

The thing about fitness that really sucks is that it’s not a package deal. Strong does not equal flexible does not equal aerobically fit does not equal thin. Also, whatever you’re doing, you can always push harder: more endurance. More weights. Pretzel yourself up into a tight little ball, then stand on your head. Build the machine that thrives only on water and that bulk-up powder they sell in 50-gallon barrels at GNC.

If you’re not vigilant, one of those things will sneak up behind you, hit you over the head with a baseball bat, and when you wake up in the alley behind the 7-11, you’re fat. Here, have a donut.

I’m pretty sure that’s how it works, at least. I’m hoping to not find out.
