HELLO could it please stop raining?
This week, in square bulleted-review:- Monday, I had dinner with Bryan, at Luce for old time’s sake.
- Tuesday, Wendy and I walked 7-some miles, and laughed the whole way. I can’t wait for the 3day.
- Wednesday, Cindi and I joined Bill and Katie for Bill’s last softball game of the year. The other team didn’t show, so mostly they had a BBQ with prodigious amounts of cheap beer. We mosied on down to Jaros’ afterwards and were greeted like old regulars. Sigh. We’re so having a kickball team this fall. Also, we’re so holding the Greenie Millennium next summer. We’re going to have to take pledges for that, methinks.
- Thursday, also known as ‘yesterday’, Wendy and I went to the Saints game for dollar-beer night. Sean and Christine were there tailgating with work, so we hung out with them during the game, and did very important things like discuss parties and devise new hand signals. We also ran into Pete and Christa, and heard once more about the mysterious photos of the boxer-brief bocce ball challenge than apparently no one has actually ever seen. Hmm.
- Tonight, I’m very very excited about Amish craft night, which I won’t bother explaining now, and will let you ponder. There’s a lot going on this weekend as well, but most of-note? I’M JUMPING OUT OF AN AIRPLANE ON SUNDAY.
