Dudes, Wendy is going to shave her head if she hits her fundraising goal for the 3Day. Please help her get there, because it will be the greatest thing of all time.
Last night, I made manymany truffles for an Etsy order, and then we did some experimenting that resulted in liquor-filled variations, including Grand Marnier and Goldschlager (I fear these, for the ganache burns). Once those were lined up neatly on the counter, we had a little picnic in the area recently vacated by the bed, with berries, crackers, and very good cheese. Then we cuddled on the floor for the rest of the evening watching the NBA playoffs. We are so romantic, and you know what? Today is our 6-month anniversary. Hooray!! We’re going out of town for the real celebration this weekend, but tonight we plan on 1) going out with the homies and 2) spending time in the sun, because it’s amazing outside.
