Oh hey, I have a blog!<\/p>\n
I’ve been neglecting this in favor of getting through my many, many cruise photos. I went from over 600 to 285, so I consider it quite an achievement. You can see the final results<\/a> here, and I’m going to start working on my travel journal<\/a> as soon as I can, while I still remember (almost) everything.<\/p>\n Since last we spoke:<\/p>\n I’ve been to that Timberwolves game where they actually beat the Suns (and holy crap, they seem to be on a roll now; what happened?) I was thinking we had a really quiet post-vacation recovery week, too, but it kind of doesn’t look that way at all. \nhung out with Willis (who we hadn’t seen in a very long time)
\nshopped unsuccessfully for brown sneakers (seriously, how hard is it? I finally gave up and ordered a new pair of Adidas Gazelles from Zappos today)
\nmet Cindi as she finished her tattoo appointment
\nhung out at Big 10 twice (once because it was convenient and ladies’ night, once to watch the Gophers game)
\nwent to Lyle’s to watch the other Gophers game
\nmade many new friends at Andy’s party at Bennigan’s (aka ‘the bar where Pete fell down the stairs’; we got phone numbers from Heather and THE GOVERNOR, whose attention we caught while dancing to Gasolina<\/em>)
\nStub & Herbs for naked ladies and general ruckus
\n…and then yesterday Matt and I went to see I Am Legend<\/em> (not spectacular, but I’ll watch Will Smith in anything) and had a very nice dinner within walking distance of his house, because it was finally warm enough to be outside without immediately freezing to the sidewalk.<\/p>\n
