However, this is about to change, as I have signed up for ‘Woodworking for Beginners<\/a>‘!<\/p>\nFor real!<\/p>\nSo, I had the option of taking a woodshop class that was specifically for women. And I thought about it, I really did. Then I had this fear that we’d be forced to build a kleenex cozy or a cute little birdhouse with lavender-handled just-for-girls tools. And, seriously, that’s enough to give me nightmares, so I picked the regular class. It’ll be good.<\/p>\nSo, here’s what I’m thinking. That place above the fireplace, where Yuri<\/a>‘s print is? It’ll look great with the gunrack that I’m going to build as my first project**. After that, I’d like to make some shelves to go under the front window, because I like to have additional objects in my house that I can yell at the cats for climbing on.<\/p>\n**Heather seems to have some issues with the gunrack idea for the living room. As a second option, I’ll be putting it in my car. I’m willing to bet I’ll be driving the only Saab with a custom gunrack. And no, there won’t be any guns in it.
