The original plan was to just stay near CDG, since we have a really early flight out, and take the train to do touristy things. But that line is apparently shut down for the last several stops after 11:30pm due to construction, so that makes it tougher. Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s involved:<\/p>\n<p>1) The aforementioned early flight, so we need something not incredibly far from the CDG<\/p>\n<p>2) We&#8217;ll have a rental car, so we&#8217;d prefer something with free or cheap parking<\/p>\n<p>3) Walking distance from a train station &#8211; we have a really high walking tolerance, so more than a few blocks is fine<\/p>\n<p>4) Apparently RER usually only runs til 12:30am, so near the Metro might be more ideal<\/p>\n<p>I did a bunch of searching near the ends of some of the Metro lines northeast of Paris, and found very little in the way of hotels.
