OH HELLO.<\/p>\n
I’ve remembered at least thirty times today that it’s only Thursday. I’m guessing by the 40th iteration, it may actually stick.<\/p>\nTuesday, I was a whirlwind of productivity and cleanliness at la casa, so I went out to celebrate this fact at Town Talk with Jumi, Wendy, Stephanie, Jon, and Bill. I think we should suggest to the owners that they install a Mexican Wrestler tap behind the bar, because that would just plain rule.<\/p>\nYesterday, I was a whirlwind of erranding, and then I joined Kaye and Wendy for Bodyworlds at the Science Museum. We got there a little early, which gave us plenty of opportunity to crash a barge into St Paul a couple times. Really, it needed to be done.<\/p>\nThe show was fascinating, although I had to try to not imagine the physiological defects as applied to my own body, or I got all squirmy and wanted to run away. Wendy and I got up close to the muscle-and-nerve dudes in particular, pointing out our own problems: I followed the nerve from C4 down the shoulder and back of the arm, right to where it makes my tricep ache whenever my neck injury flares up. And now I have to stop thinking about it, because it’s freaking me out.<\/p>\nAlso gross? The fetus room. They had birth defect specimens that were pretty much just more skeleton babies from hell<\/a>. EEK.<\/p>\nAnyway, I would highly recommend seeing this if you get the chance. It closes here this weekend, and will thankfully be taking the skeleton babies with it.<\/p>\nAnd now, I have to get on about my bidness. This weekend is going to be somewhat busy, I suspect, so I will probably talk to you next week. Which is: December. ALMOST CHRISTMAS, I CAN’T WAIT!!!<\/p>\nWhew.OH HELLO.
