I finished two things in \u00a0August 2010:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Learn to pickle something, like green beans<\/p>\n

I pickled jalapenos from the garden using Michael Symon’s recipe<\/a>, and also pickled and canned escabeche<\/a>!<\/em><\/p>\n

2) Turn the area by the back fence\/arbor into a garden with wildflowers<\/p>\n

Dug out a big area, edged it, put down landscape fabric, a drip hose, and mulch. Planted 6 perennials, rhubarb, and wildflower seeds. It looks awesome!<\/em><\/p>\n

Items currently in progress:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Visit the three states I haven’t been to yet: NH, VT, ME (Bought a ticket to Syracuse with Matt in November so I can visit Vermont!)<\/em><\/p>\n

2) Be 100% debt-free<\/p>\n

3) Rebuild 404lab to increase ad revenue (new WP template in place… just need a few tweaks and graphics.)<\/em><\/p>\n

4) Enter something in the state fair every year, 2010-2012 (Submitted my 2010 entry!)<\/em><\/p>\n

9) Have date night with Matt once a month<\/p>\n

10) Visit 20 new local restaurants\/bars (Heartland in St Paul, Thom Pham’s Wondrous Kitchen)<\/em><\/p>\n

13) Take new photos of every place I’ve lived (9\/17 – <\/em>photos here<\/em><\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n

14) Put $20 towards debt payoff for each completed task on this list ($40 for the 2 \u00a0items in August)<\/em><\/p>\n
