I went to pick up a copy of Playboy from Klein’s table, and it was stuck to a copy of Cycle World. Hilarity ensued.

[DELETED]

Arrived home and collapsed in exhaustion.

Had br<strike>unch</strike>eakfast at Hell’s Kitchen with Cindi, for free. God, that place is awesome.

Grocery-shopped for the party.

Baked surfer squares for the party. They’re one of the most obscenely sweet and appealing-to-drunk-people treats I’m aware of.

Went to Cindi’s to set up for the party, which mainly consisted of sticking a giant 612.5 on the wall, and arranging tables to form the perfect bar area. Also, planning the makeout room.

Sat outside Sebastian Joe’s with Matt, Cindi, and Willis, because it was one of the first perfect days of spring.

Went to Burch pharmacy and bought rope, condoms, lube, and giant playing cards. I told the cashier, “Don’t laugh, it’s for a party.” She laughed anyway.

Set up the makeout room and got the party started. The makeout room would prove to be the best idea ever.

612.5 PARTY!!! So much fun. It will of course be happening again in October.

[DELETED]

Arrived home.

[DELETED]

Brunch at the Uptown with Matt, Wendy, Cindi, and Willis. Oh, cheez.

Went to Burch Pharmacy for cleaning supplies. The same cashier was there, and she laughed at us again for our hangovers. We should probably invite her next time.

Party cleanup. A lot of party cleanup, but we left the room very shiny and only down one chair.

[DELETED]

Grilled on the patio at Matt’s building, which features 5 grills. We only needed one.
a. We saw huge dragonflies and bats, also enjoying the best day ever.
b. We decided that the awesome life should prominently feature ottomans.

Watched Casino Royale, my first Bond movie ever. It was very very long, and we were both dozing off towards the end.

[DELETED]

Woke up bright and relatively early Sunday morning, and agreed to make it a two-brunch weekend.

Town Talk! We hadn’t seen Molly in a while.

Went clothes-and-camping-supply shopping at Target and the Mall.

Laid on the floor, experimenting with various ottoman options.

Rescued Cindi from work, and went to Joe’s Garage for dinner.

Ended the evening at Lyle’s. Matt was in heaven, because he had basketball, baseball, and hockey on TV at the exact same time.

And now, dudes, I have to run and do things before swing-dance class! I will try to return tomorrow and tell you more.
