I was glad to get to do the whole process myself, too: inking the press, printing, cleaning the press (oh my god, it takes forever. In sweaty rubber gloves, too!), mixing ink according to the Pantone book, and then inking, printing, and cleaning again. It&#8217;s good practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"letterpress2\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2787\/4420099704_75c589980d.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Between typesetting, carving the lino block, and printing, this took me over 12 hours. Since it was the first time for all of that, though, it&#8217;ll probably be a lot quicker in the future. And by a lot quicker, I mean maybe a couple hours.
