Two posts in a week! Can you dig it?<\/p>\n
I’ve had an enjoyably low-key week, which helps because I’m still not used to this working-five-days-in-a-row thing. December made me almost forget that I didn’t live a life of oceanside, rum-filled luxury. Only sometimes, which is at least way better than never.<\/p>\n
I had lunch with Wendy on Tuesday, went to happy hour at Bradstreet and to a surprisingly-exciting Wolves game on Wednesday (it helped that we had really great seats), and then bowled like less than a champion and introduced Willis to the Schooner last night. I’ve also been to the gym a lot, because I need to make up a day so my insurance kicks in its $20. Going to the gym on a Friday isn’t ideal, but it’ll knock off some stressing-out time re: the Gophers game tonight.<\/p>\n
I also want to post a bunch of pictures of the supercute knitting project I’m working on, but I’m trying to restrain myself from putting them all over the internet lest Katie sees them. It’s for the baby, of course. Willis already knows about it, and I figure most of you will probably know where to look for them anyway.<\/p>\n
I really want the Gophers to sweep this weekend, as unlikely as that seems. And even more unlikely, is me saying this: GO VIKINGS!!<\/p>\n
