We&#8217;ve lived in our house for 10 months now; I figure if there are things we haven&#8217;t looked at since we moved in, they&#8217;re good candidates for moving right back out. We don&#8217;t have a ton of excess stuff, and I&#8217;d like to keep it that way.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re lucky enough to live in an area where we can count on donation pickup by ARC or other organizations at least once a month. Also, I really want to have a garage sale. I don&#8217;t even think we have enough items to host a legitimate garage sale, and yet. People come to your house and give you money for things you don&#8217;t want anymore! That&#8217;s the best kind of moneymaking there is.<\/p>\n<p>So who&#8217;s with me? Hey, maybe we can have a community garage sale.
