101 Things v2 Progress Report: March 2014 2

Begin Date: April 4, 2013
End Date: December 31, 2015
Items Completed: 21
Items that won’t be Completed: 3

I finished 2 items in March 2014.

#14 See the bioluminescent bay in Vieques

#36 Make beans that a Mexican grandma would be proud of (It only took cooking them three times, seasoning like crazy, freezing, and reheating, but then they were perfect. Now I just need to be able to make them again.)

Items currently in progress:

#3 Visit 5 new countries [2/5] (St. Lucia, Antigua)

#6 Visit 4 more UNESCO world heritage sites, for a total of 30 [1/4] (Pitons Management Area – St Lucia)

#34 Try 40 new recipes [35/40] (Bhel Puri, Indonesian Tek Tek Noodles, Pan-Fried Sole (well, seitan) with Quinoa and Vegetables, Mashed Cauliflower Puffs)

#67 Update my web dev skills to the current era

#84 Kayak in 20 new places [5/20] (Biobay in Vieques)

#89 Do one of those daily knitting projects for an entire year (I’m up to date with the high-temp knitting through the end of March.)

#90 Watch all of the Coen Brothers movies again, because we talk about them all the time [1/16] (Fargo)

#99 Put $20 towards debt payoff/savings for each completed task on this list, and $50 for each non-completed task ($500)

Here’s the full list.
